Abstract

In pulsed regime of grain layer drying, on the basis of similarity of processes of heat and mass
transfer the solution of the problem on the change of the concentration of moisture and
temperature in a single grain in time depending on the depth of its placement in a layer, the
heterogeneity of its structure, the rate of blowing the grain layer, the control disturbing functions
in the drying environment is constructed. This allows us to study the mode of deformation in view
of the strength of grain in order to choose the optimal regime parameters of drying.
