Heat transfer across an interface crack of variable height with a heat-conducting filler
Keywords:
interface crack of variable height, heatconducting filler, heat transfer, tangential and normal components of the heat flow vectorAbstract
The heat transfer across an interface crack, which has a given initial height and contains a heatconducting
filler, is investigated. Based on the solution of the thermoelastic problem for a
bimaterial plane with such a crack, the distribution of the tangential and normal components of
the heat flow vector at the interface is determined and the dependence of them on the filler's
thermal conductivity is analyzed.
