Abstract

The structure of Fe₈₆B₁₄ amorphous alloys, obbained by means of rapid cooling from liquid state, has been studied by means X-ray diffraction method. The structure dependence of this alloy on thickness of sample was studied. It is also studied the effect of laser irradiation on the structure of amorphous ribbons with different thicknesses. It was shown that after laser treatment, no significant phase and structural changes, but the degree of microheterogeneity is increased
