Metric estimates of the determinant of the Nicoletti problem for the Euler-type equation

The estimates from below are established for the characteristic determinant of the Nicoletti problem and periodicity conditions on the remaining variables for an Euler-type hyperbolic equation when the interpolation nodes form a geometric progression.
